  • Product Description

    Systems Protection offers Silicone Tape 64R, orange (RAL 2003 reference) tape with a fiberglass base coated with a self-amalgamating silicone elastomer.

    After several hours at ambient temperature, the surface of this tape sticks together when light pressure is added.

    This tape is used for sealing, connecting and finishing the cut ends of sleeves in critical applications within battery packs.

    Silicone Tape 64R is compatible with FyreJacket® products to provide thermal runaway protection to critical Electrical Systems within battery pack.

    Storage

    Tapes should be stored in original boxes, in a cool, dark location, not in close proximity to steam pipes, radiators or other sources of heat, at a temperature no greater than 37°C (98°F).
