  • Product Description
FlexWrap® 2004 is a self-wrapping sleeve designed to provide protection for wire harnesses and cable assemblies in severe abrasion situations. Manufactured with a combination of polyester and polyamide yarns, its rugged, woven construction provides a high level of protection in even the most severe of environments, including continued exposure to sheet metal edges and sharp bolts. FlexWrap 2004 also provides protection from sharp edges often encountered when harnesses or cables must be routed through the firewall during vehicle assembly.

FlexWrap 2004’s design allows for quick and easy installation over harnesses and cables and also easily accommodates breakouts. FlexWrap 2004 can be applied over complete assemblies, eliminating the need for disassembly
