  • Product Description
    QuietWrap™ 3009 is a wrappable protective sleeve designed to provide excellent noise suppression and abrasion resistance. Composed of a non-woven polyester and durable woven substrate, the product is lightweight and its thickness provides superior noise suppression performance for rattling/rubbing noise caused by vibrations.

    QuietWrap 3009 has excellent flexibility that facilitates harness workability and routing while keeping wires from being exposed. The product also has great weatherability, enabling it to be applied to areas in wetting risk such as door harnesses.

    QuietWrap 3009’s unique design allows for quick and easy bundling of wire and cable assemblies. Compared to multiple component solutions such as vinyl tube and urethane foam, QuietWrap 3009 provides a single product solution that reduces complexity and installation time. QuietWrap 3009 delivers premium performance level for multiple functions of acoustic management and mechanical protection.

    * Max diameter is defined as a nominal 90° sleeve overwrap. A variety of application-based variables will dictate the appropriate sleeve size for use on each harness. Proper sleeve sizing is at the discretion of the end user.

    A reduced overlap could be acceptable in certain applications allowing for a larger max diameter harness. Please consult your local sales representative for recommendations and guidance.
